Shrimp plate lunch on Tuesday. Spent all night vomiting and diarrhea, fever and chills. Next day diarrhea all day and fever, chills, body aches, fatigue. Two days after chills and body aches with diarrhea. Now three days later still diarrhea, other symptoms resolved.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Fatigue, Body Ache
