Ate a burrito bowl, steak, brown rice, no beans, hot and pico salsa, guacamole and cheese. 90-120 minutes later i got diarrhea. I’ve had it now for over 32 hours. I’ve taken zpacks and Cipro for travelers diarrhea but it isn’t slowing down much. I have aches and am light headed.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Lightheaded, Body Ache

My family of five ate here on Wednesday night. Friday morning I started vomiting and had diarrhea. Then my daughter and one son. My Friday night, my husband and other son were also sick. Our best guess is that it was the lettuce or the beef.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Both my children got two hotdogs each from portillos around 6pm yesterday evening. They started having nausea and vomitting at about 11pm throughout the night and into the morning. We have not been to a doctor yet, but they were both perfectly healthy before this.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
