Ate a beef Quesarito at 4:30 pm yesterday woke up at 3:00 am with violent diarrhea and vomiting every 10 min until 1:00 pm, I feel horrible and still having simultaneous diarrhea and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

My Son began vomiting about 2 hours after eating a cheeseburger and fries at this McDonald's. 24 hours later he is having trouble standing up (feels weak) and has a fever of 101 degrees. Chills, Fever, Weakness, Vomiting, diarrhea, dehydration.
