I hadn’t eaten anything in 18hrs because of a long work day. Went there at 11pm after work. Ate a baconator with fries. Within 6 hrs awoke with violent vomiting. Diarrhea now for two days and unable to keep anything down.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Asked to be sit at Hibachi but restaurant refused and sat me at table and told me food would be prepared in kitchen. Ate soup, salad, filet, fried rice and vegtables. Within 1 hr had horrible diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

As soon as I finished eating I ran to the restroom because I felt nauseous. The restroom was full so I walked as fast as I could outside and immediately started vomiting again and again and was sick for 2 days afterward.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
