I ate a bowl to go, veggys all salsa but the hot, chicken sour cream cheese, ate at noon started vomiting at about 6 till 11pm. Never again  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I got these 3 things off the menu around midnight, and woke up around 7 am to violent physical illness. I was sick for two days straight, and the doctor ruled it to be salmonella. Never have I ever been this sick in my entire life.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Went to McDonald’s around 130 and ordered nuggets. Ate that, and around 6 I started getting a headache which turned out to be a fever. Around 7pm I felt nauseous and have had diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
