I bought a Sam club seven cheese pizza Friday and I end up an hour or two later throwing up diarrhea all Friday and yesterday and Saturday. I have been going to a restaurant for about a week and every time I go and eat the same sandwich, I instantly have to use the restroom. I’ve tried to change one of the veggies. i usually get the best orange chicken from this location but i recently got a plate of of it and the chicken was super grey and had foreign objects in it? possibly bone, not sure. had diarrhea and intense nausea 12 hours after.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
