Had lunch . Finished lunch @ 1230 , nausea set in by 330 , vomiting by 430 . Had chicken tacos , bean dip & guac , fresh chopped lettuce & shredded cheese topping .  Put all that information in first post  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I got sick from only the Hungry man grilled beef patty meal. I felt nauseous. I don't know if I was already worried about it or not. But I'm pretty sure it didn't agree with me, and I felt nauseous, Everything else seems to agree with me just fine. Then I threw up this morning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I ate there with my dad and his coworkers and I am stuck with horrible diarrhea and nausea. Not the first time either. :( i got chicken tenders and fries because i dont like spicy things.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Purchased roast beef sandwich with only lettuce on it-no cheese no tomato. I also got the cut pickle. Ate sandwich 3 hours before pickle since I took 3 bites of the pickle I have stomach ache and metallic taste.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I had a pickle and right after eating it my throat was very itchy then it just felt like it was throbbing a little then I went to sleep and woke up to sharp stomach pains that I thought were just period cramps but it turned out to be so much more when I went to the restroom  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
