Caramel cheesecake master shake, After drinking some cheese cake milkshake, I got nauseous to the point of throwing up. Halfway through vomiting, I had diarrhea as well. I didn't stop until every ounce of liquid came back up and even threw up stomach acid. Never happened before.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Purchased a #3 combo and a nachos Belgrade today 9/27/21. The burrito and taco tasted ok but I noticed the nachos tasted different.
