i ordered uber eats at around 4:30 yesterday, it arrived around 5 and i ate it. Later in the night i woke up to extreme nausea. since then i have not been able to stop puking.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I was a server at Tuscan Table for roughly 3 months before finally quitting abruptly (yesterday) due to getting severely sick for the 4th time in just that period alone. My wife who has a heart condition also got very sick each of the 4 times.

Ate one bite of chicken that was completely raw. It tasted slimy and I should’ve spit it out but I didn’t and have suffered from 3 days of salmonella because of it. Whoever cooked my food failed miserably.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
