My boyfriend ate Panda Express at approximately 6 pm. It is now 10:45, and he’s vomiting and having diarrhea, accompanied by awful stomach cramps. He ate orange chicken and chow main from Panda Express inside the Maine Mall on Wednesday June 13, 2018.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

While at the restaurant I developed bad stomach cramps after I ate. Used the bathroom at the restaurant and started to feel nausea. Went to Sams Club to do some shopping after I ate and started to vomit in there bathroom. I vomited a total of 4 times since I ate the salad  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I got a 20 piece nugget large fry and two McDoubles you can tell the the McNuggets were old but I didn't think they were that old......

Around 1:30pm I ordered a medium fry and 4 piece nuggets and around 7:00pm I got violently ill vomiting and severe diarrhea and I’m still nauseous this next day today with barely and appetite.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
