I ate a number five chicken artisan sandwich and have been extremely sick since yesterday. I was up every hour last night into this morning Puking and diarrhea at the same time. I'm starting to feel better now with medicine and lots of showers but I am extremely fatigued and nauseas.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fatigue

My sister picked the salad from this location. 7 out of 10 of us got sick that ate together on Christmas. The three that didn’t eat the salad did not get sick. Symptoms started about 24 hours after eating the salad   | Symptoms: Vomiting

Sausage egg burrito , I bought sandwich And drove 5 minutes to work.  Ate it about 10:15.  By 11:15 I was vomiting and had headache.  Continued to be sick with vomiting until about 1 pm.  After that just malaise and headache  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
