I are filet migion with a loaded baked potato and a side salad. Within 1 hr of getting home I had diarrhea and shortly after was vomitting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

About 5 hours after eating the fish and pop corn shrimp dinner with fries and biscuit I felt very nauseated. I had to force my self to vomit bc it wouldn't come up on its own. I threw up 3 times in 10 minutes.

Date was 12/18, vomiting lasted about 10 hours and diarrhea about 24 hours. Symptoms were every 15-30 minutes for those first 10 hrs. Ate at 6:30 pm, symptoms began at 9:30 pm. Ate: lettuce, dressing, brown rice, fajitas, black beans, cheese, mild salsa, tomatillo salsa, corn and guacamole.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
