April 1, 2021. My husband purchased coffee because I love them. I’ve had it several times in the past week. As I lay here in agony, I realize now that I’ve developed a headache, nausea and diarrhea each time. Today was the worst! I’ve felt terrible all day!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache

Ate lunch there. Had the chicken and shrimp with fried rice. I ordered steamed rice but they gave me fried rice instead. Diarrhea started around 6 and now I’m nauseous.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Friday evening on the February 14th (2020) I had an ordered of gizzards. Around midnight I became very nauseous which followed by vomiting, and diarrhea. It’s now Monday morning. I’m no longer nauseous but the diarrhea is lingering.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
