I ordered grilled chicken teriyaki (which was fine), with a side of mushrooms and zucchini. The mushrooms & zucchini were the culprits! I ended up with severe diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, fever of 101.6, and colitis!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

5:00pm Chicken Burrito Bowl, bbq sauce, cheese, bacon, lettuce, guacamole, corn salsa, nacho flakes. Symptoms began 1:00am that night and lasted 24hrs. 3 bouts of full on vomiting and 9 rounds of diarrhea. Fever of 101.7F.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
