My brother in law and I both ate chipotle, I had a chicken bowl, he had sofritas burrito. I ended up with diahrea and fever while he had diarrhea and vomiting  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever

Had a chicken/steak burrito bowl from chipotle. Ended up with mesenteric lymphadenopathy which imitates appendicitis. Had a 102 degree fever for 2 days. My girlfriend also had the same food and had diarrhea immediately the next morning  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea
