My 4 year old son had a bowl of Lucky Charm cereal on 4/08 in the am. He didn't eat anything else that day. Later around 4 pm he complained about a stomach ache. He began vomiting that evening.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

the juice from the meat. Well I didn’t eat the soggy part, I just ate around the soggy area. I couldn’t take it back due to the long line I had already stood in to get the food ,45 mins in a line. Beside that a had just got off work. The next morning I got up my stomach felt upset. It felt like I had been drinking beer all night, soon as I stood up, I had to run to the toilet were a I vomited every where. I thought after hurling over everything that I would fell better. No!!!! Last night, Spicy chicken nuggets. up and felt again bloated and was dry heaving, drank some tea while I was out running errands cause I thought that would settle things and by 2 in the afternoon on the 3rd I was running an 102.8° fever, had a terrible headache, and was vomiting excessively, I’ve barely been able to keep down anything besides water and still today, the 4th, I’ve been up since 6 AM vomiting and experiencing diarrhea as well as continued high fevers, my body hurts from the repeated vomiting and I am exhausted from the fevers, I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. minutes later I throw up and it’s all of that burrito still in my system, the worst part is every 5-10 minutes after that I had diarrhea and vomit all the way until 6-7am.
