He had a hard shell taco and 2 beef chalupas...I had 3 beef taco supremes no tomatoes, 2 hard shell, 1 soft Both got cramps and diarrhea approximately 28 hrs after eating the food. It happened on Wednesday, July 30th, 2021 - Both of us,  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Nausea

Ate 20-30 washed green seedless grapes around 11:30 am. Within an hour or so began experiencing intense stomach cramps followed by relentless diarrhea, clammy sweats. It is now 3:30 and I am married to the toilet. There is nothing solid left in me, just stomach bile.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Cramps, Sweating, Bile

July 24 2021 6:56 bought 5 steak bowls 2 double steak, white rice, black beans, mild salsa, steak, sour cream, cheese corn salsa, lettuce. I’ve been vomiting and having diarrhea for 15 hours and no sleep at all from the pain. I had 3 asada steak tacos and ever since that I feel as if my stomach is in fiery pits of hell.
