I ordered a chicken bowl with brown rice fajitas both beans all salsas sour cream cheese and lettuce. I felt sick during this and in the morning I had violent diarrhea that lasted through the day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Chipotle bowl with brown rice, half steak, half chicken, pico de gallo , lettuce, cheese, tortilla, chips, minute made lemonade. I ate there around noon today (Saturday 9/22/18) and got sick within about two hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

I got a chicken bowl on August 1st with chicken,lettuce,sour cream, cheese,and corn. the next day I woke up with diarrhea which I still have 3 days later, I’ve had a fever of 103, I’ve lost my appetite completely. I’ve been in bed since sleeping and barely getting up. I will never eat here again!
