I got a burrito with cheese steak guacamole tomatoes corn and white rice, I woke up in the morning with severe diarrhea and muscle weakness. I have commuted multiple times today and it is extremely unbearable.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness

My daughter and I had baskets with onion rings. Hers was a fish sandwich, mine was the chicken fillet. She had no problems, I was violently sick 3 hours later, starting with dizziness then fever, diarrhea and vomiting. I had two bowls with steak and the other was barbecoa (spelling?) both had guacomole, sour cream, peppers onions tomatoes and some spicy sauce as well as mozzerella.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
