I ate at around 7:30pm tonight. I got the standard box with 4 chicken fingers, fries, coleslaw, and bread. I had the worst diarrhea almost instantly and my stomach began to hurt. I had a four for $4 with a jr bacon cheeseburger. Started having stomach pain about 30 mins to an hour after eating. Stomach pains persisted with varying levels for several hours accompanied by very bad diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Whole family ate same pizza. I was only one who had a fountain drink. (Coke Zero). Immediately after eating, on the drive home I was nauseous and had stomach pain.
Vomited/Diarrhea when got home. Felt gross rest of evening. Went to bed. Next day stomach still a little sensitive, so didn’t eat much.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
