Ordered the chicken sandwich 6 dollar meal, after consuming the chicken sandwich I had stomach cramps, massive diarrhea, and lots of vomiting. Went to emergency room and was told I had food poisoning. This is the only thing I had eaten all day, therefor it was the problem.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I got a carnita bowl with fajita veggies, both rice, black beans, sour cream, cheese, and tomatoes. I had the worst nausea I’ve ever had in my life and my symptoms lasted 3 days. We ate the Sunday brunch which is buffet style. My mom and my daughter ate off the same plate and within a day they both had vomiting and fever. My mom had diarrhea as well. I went with a friend and ate a SINGULAR waffle and ordered a glass of water. By midafternoon of the next day, we were both sick with all the symptoms (plus light-headedness)-- and still are 5 days later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
