Nigri Makeral, nigri tuna, spicy dynamite roll, spicy pizza roll, steamed dumplings. My symptoms started 20 mins after leaving. I started feeling weird in the stomach. Ate a smokehouse bourbon brisket sandwich last night at a little befor 8. Started feeling yucky abt 11-11:30. Went to bed. Up with explosive diarrhea-vomiting and horrible intestinal cramps at 1:30 am... vomiting every hr until 4 am and still hv diarhraa.
