Black pepper chicken, sweetfire chicken breast and chow mein is what I ate I ate the food and went to sleep an hour later. And I think 30 mins to an hour I woke up with a spinning feeling and threw everything up  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I ate my quesadilla at noon and around 4 I started getting really hot, anxious, dizzy, and queasy. Then, the diarrhea and dry heaving started. I finished up with and went into Care Now Quick Care and seeked medical help  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
