Went to Ruth chris at harrahs in vegas last night. 5 hours later I’m vomiting, diarrhea and chills. I ordered ribeye medium, Brussel sprouts side, and had one Paloma. My wife and I both had boneless wings and coleslaw on Friday April 11th. She started getting sick with all the symptoms listed on Saturday afternoon.
