Ordered Rip’N chicken tenders box and within an hour of eating it my stomach started cramping. Within 4 hours I had severe stomach pain, gas, vomiting and diarrhea. Cant keep any food down and 12hrs later I’m still having severe stomach pain. It happened on January 5, 2021 at 1:00pm  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Stomach Pain, Gas

Wife had the grilled chicken salad Tuesday the 13 of October. Got sick withing a few hours. After she didn't get better took her to the doctor. Test revealed high level of E colli in her urine.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Everytime I eat pizza, or even wings, I wake up later with debilitating stomach pains and diarrhea. The common pattern is that it is always after eating. Not every consumption of that location leads to stomach ache/diarrhea, but every episode of stomachache/diarrhea has been after eating there.… See more
