I went yesterday around 6:00pm and got a bowl with Right rice, romaine, chicken, sauces on the side, white sweet potatoes, cucumbers, and Kalmata olives. A few hours later I had a stomach ache and diarrhea… it’s the next day and still having issues. This is horrible!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Five cheese ziti Al forno, salad, and bread sticks on 9/14. Almost immediately experienced overly full feeling, upper abdomen knot. Severe indigestion over night that kept waking me. I got a pair of sliders at this place on spring garden near UNCG. They were a little cold and didn't seem fully cooked. Within an hour I had a terrible headache, fever, chills and vomiting. I bought some hot wines the traditional at 5 in the morning got home around 6 ate them felt full so went to bed woke up to horrible cramps and explosive diarrhea and I threw up at the same time I was on the toilet so not sure what else could cause that but it all points to the food.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
