Went to chipotle for dinner and got a burrito with pinto beans, Barbacoa, lettuce and cheese. I ate about half of the burrito and 10-15 minutes later my stomach hurt so bad I couldn’t walk. I then got nausea and eventually I had vomited. I thought it was over but I continued to vomit all night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I received my pizza around 830 I think. Within 10 minutes of eating, I couldn't stop using the bathroom. I spiked a fever and started sweating like crazy. I've been in the bathroom every 20 minutes since I ate. (it's almost 6am now)  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever
