Right after eating chipotle my stomach felt really weird. I kept running to the bathroom with diarrhea. 4hours later I vomited. Stomach still hurt for a couple hours. But I was okay that next day. My stomach still felt tender the next couple days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Plain boneless wings with parm garlic dipping sauce and carrots approximately 6:30 pm on Thursday 7/27/17. At 4:45 the next morning I woke up out of a sound sleep with vomiting and black diarrhea. Im still having severe abdominal cramping followed immediately by diarrhea 7 hours later  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Gf and I went to chipotle around 3pm
I ordered the chicken bowl brown rice black beans corn guac lettuce sour cream
About 5pm had excruciating abdominal pain so I went to sleep. Woke up about 9pm with bowel problems for over an hour  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
