I ate an Amy’s Oganic Kitchens Mushroom Risotto Bowl. After I ate it, I felt weird. The rest of the day & all of the next day I felt nauseous & my stomach was completely bloated—like my belly was big. I won’t be buying those anymore.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Bloating

Me and 2 of my friends ate last night. My 2 friends got meals that had chicken in it and I got tacos with just beef. They woke up this morning vomiting and having diarrhea and have been dealing with this all day. I have not gotten sick at all so I believe the chicken they ate was contaminated  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate the prime rib and salad around 6pm, around 9 pm had projectile vomiting and diarrhea. At 1 am went to the emergency room and returned the same day at 4 pm. Just miserable. Two hospital Bill's for this meal.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
