I had the cheeseburger, fries, coke for lunch. Stomach cramping started in the late evening and then constant vomiting and diarrhea for 4 hours along with a fever. After the vomiting and diarrhea stopped a massive headache came to follow.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Fever

I had the chicken bowl with brown rice, mild salsa, cheese and lettuce and Queso and chips. About 3-4 hours after I ate I started with stomach cramps and then Diarrhea. It lasted about 8 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
