I purchased a honey turkey and provolone pre-made wrap for lunch. By 4pm when I got home I had severe diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and severe stomach pain. It is now 7pm and I am still running back and forth to the bathroom.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
