Ordered Bacon Double Cheeseburger medium meal on 1/21/21 at around 12:30pm. About half an hour after eating, started getting major stomach pains from constipation then puked out everything I ate after. Ate lunch at 12:15 pm - McChicken sandwich and french fries. Experienced nausea about an hour later which got worse. Vomiting and diarrhea at 7 pm which continued through the night.
