I believe my lunch at Chipotle., Ate lunch at Chipotle. Had a carnitas bowl. Queasy tummy around 3 pm (ate at 12). Only I got sick. The only difference in my and my hubby’s meal was I added lettuce. By 6 pm I was vomiting violently.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Nausea

Nausea shortly after eating, remember thinking the nachos bellegrande tasted different but has been awhile since eating at Taco Bell. Felt like I was going to get sick all afternoon, tried Tums but just was hoping the symptoms would go away. It did late in the evening  | Symptoms: Nausea
