Ate there last night and have been sh**ting my guts out all morning. Have also thrown up multiple times but all that came up was onions. Got an avocado bacon burger, fries, onion rings, and a Dr Pepper.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Bought the Honey BBQ chicken sandwich meal with onion rings and a apple pie. Sweet tea. I believe 100% the lettuce made me sick. Threw up all night long.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
