The customer service was horrible the drive thru girl was rude and kept rushing us to finish our order and wouldn’t let us talk. I Ordered my food which included a large macaroni. They told me they were out of mac so i asked for a refund.... See More Instead of giving me a refund they said they were making more that it will take 6 minutes. Mind you its only 7 and they close at 10pm. We sat in the front for a good 25 minutes before going in to ask if our food was ready. They acted like they couldn’t find our order and also was being very rude when we asked them for ketchup and bbq sauce. The lady at the drive thru to old us they were out of everything. I tried to file a complaint on the FDA website but their website is so confusing I gave up. After seeing that so many people were having the same troubles, I plan on taking the remaining cereral to my family doctor to see what can be done to test it for contanination.
