Met a friend there for lunch. Split some nachos, a buffalo ckn burger and wings. She had medium, I had asian zing. Ate nothing else all day. The rest of the day stomach was churning and around midnight got up and kept vomiting. Felt nauseous with cramps all the next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Ate at park north chipotle on March 1, 2016. Within a couple hours from eating it hit me nausea diarrhea vomiting. It is now March 5 and I'm still sick. Never eating chipotle ever again  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a salad with Romane, brown rice, black beans, chicken, avacado, corn, a little bit of corn, and the red hot sauce salsa around 8:30 on March 3,2016. Around 4 AM I started having diarrhea and now 8 AM I feel nauseous. Along with wanting to vomit. It's horrible!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I had two helpings of salad, beans, Spanish rice, enchilada and buenos. Ate at noon Friday woke up with stomach upset, diarrhea, and vomiting like I not experienced in decades. I am 66 years old.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
