Purchased Portabella mushrooms on 2/7/23. Kept in refrigerator. Cooked until caramelized. No slime or discoloration noted.
About an hour after eating I had nausea, gastric distress, and diarrhea.

No "sell by" or "use by" on label. Sold by HEB Organics and grown in Madisonville.
