I ordered yesterday around 5pm. Chicken strips, cole slaw, mashed potatoes and gravy, mac and cheese, a biscuit and finger licking good sauce, Took about 3 to 4 hrs to feel nausea and the diarrhea started then I threw up around midnight and have had diarrhea since  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

McDonald’s chicken sandwich, I got an artisan grilled chicken sandwich with fries and a sprite around 10pm. By 2 am I had diarrhea. Which still continues now. I also vomited 3 times around 5:30am. I still have nausea and chills.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Chills
