I had a soffritas and black bean burrito with hot salsa, corn salsa, brown rice, and lettuce. About an hour later my stomach began to hurt, and shortly after that I had diarrhea and chills, which lasted the rest of the day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Chills, Stomach Pain

Had a burrito bowl with chicken in April 2017. My spouse and I got sick the same evening. Two friends coincidentally ate there the same evening and both got sick with the same food poisoning symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
