Got a whopper combo with a chocolate milkshake on 4/21/2021 at approximately 2pm. Diarrhea and nausea started at about 7pm that night. Diarrhea has lasted almost 48 hours. And a loss of appetite.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Loss of Appetite

I had That shrimp walnut thing and not even 3 hrs later I was glued to the toilet for an hour throwing up. I was Feeling very nauseous with a terrible upset stomach, it was very disgusting to have food poisoning symptoms.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ate at restaurant at 8pm, spinach had a strong taste but edible, salmon was decent. Within minutes of leaving, my stomach was feeling uneasy. I woke at 3:30am to a gut wrenching stomachache.
