Yesterday, I went to Taco Bell to buy the 5$ Nacho Fries Lunch box. It had Doritos Taco, Nacho Fries with Melted cheese, and A Soft and Hard shell taco in one. The next day I woke up and my stomach was hurting  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Ate yesterday had a sour stomach afterwards. Attributed it to ice cream beforehand. Following day (today) ate leftovers bc I thought it was the ice cream that upset me, I got sick again and had vomiting I addition to my nausea and diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Yesterday I purchased ground chuch for hamburgers and I made them for dinner last night... about an hour later is when my husband felt nauseated and burped it up ... as well as gas and diarrhea early the next morning! I ate 2 slices of pizza around 830 pm Saturday. By midnight it was coming back out both ends. The smell was horrid and the taste in my mouth was that of spoiled milk.
