3/19/26, consumed the pepperoni stuffed crust as well as bread sticks. I was sharting out sawdust. I had to jump out of bed and dash to the restroom because I was genuinely about to shit myself. My 3 friends who also ate it had diarrhea as well. I've had bubble guts all day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

On March 10, 2026 at approximately 1:30pm I ate a tuna fundido sandwich at Pita Jungle Desert Ridge, 20910 N Tatum Blvd 140, Phoenix AZ 85050. Within 4 hours I developed severe fever, diarrhea, and abdominal pain. I was hospitalized for 4 nights. Salmonella spp. was confirmed by PCR stool panel  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills

Ordered peach cobbler things and the lamb gyro it was a few hours later I was horribly sick, contacted my dr they said it sounds like food poisoning, I am still sick over 24 hours after.
