Today. Ate a chicken Caesar kale salad for lunch and balsamic flank steak for dinner. An hour and a half after dinner, vomit and diarrhea at the same time. Now at 2am it is mostly just bad cramps. Not sure had two meals today  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

I purchased a 6" tuna sub toasted, no sauce, tomato, lettuce, pepper jack cheese, jalapenos, banana peppers and pickles - within 8 hours of eating this, I was awoken from my sleep with terrible stomach pain, and constant diarrhea.
