My wife had a salad that had chicken on it last night from Panera bread and became violently sick last night 11/12/23 in Cerritos. Not sure maybe listeria from tainted lettuce . It hit her about an hour or so after eating it No that’s it  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea
