they shut down in person orders and was only having mobile orders. Got a chicken burrito with brown rice, lettuce, medium salsa, cheese, queso, and a side of hot salsa on 11/16 for lunch. Was up all night puking and having diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I had a burrito bowl. I never eat there before. It was my 1st time eating there, and then I fell asleep and woke up in the middle of the night with extreme abdominal pain, diarrhea, and vomiting. Ordered a burrito from here on DoorDash. Within 1-3 hours, I was vomiting profusely & had diarrhea from around 11pm or 12am to around 5-6am. I also have light cramps & I am incredibly drained & dehydrated.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration
