Steak burrito for Chipotle in San Jose. Had dinner around 6ish at night was in incredibly stomach pain with diarrhea and vomiting around 2am and continued until around 9am. My son had a busy day yesterday 1020 and had only eaten two cliff bars. Late afternoon he stopped at Chipotle for a burrito bowl. Within 4 hours he felt nauseous and began to vomit through the night. He is a healthy 17 year old boy and is still weak and depleted today.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness
