Burrito Bowl. Beef. Black Beans. Brown Rice. Lettuce. Salsa. Guac. Felt fine for the day but woke up really early feeling sick. Got really gassy over the next day and then total liquid stool. Still feeling bad about 40 hours after eating. Had to take imodium.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas

Had a chicken/steak burrito bowl from chipotle. Ended up with mesenteric lymphadenopathy which imitates appendicitis. Had a 102 degree fever for 2 days. My girlfriend also had the same food and had diarrhea immediately the next morning  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea
