About 8-9pm today (09.06.2018)I bought a Spicy Chicken
snack wrap in Ipswich 2 Hening Ave, IP3 9QJ, at 12am I began to feel nauseated and and started to vomiting. MacDonalds was all I had eaten that evening (from 3pm)  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I ate on 6/8/18, ordered the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe with fries and ate that around 6pm. Then I ate the chicken strip meal w. Fries at 12:30am. I ate a shredded chicken burrito at del taco around 2:30 yesterday, June 8th. Later in the evening I started feeling nauseous with a horrible headache and when I got home, I threw up and I haven’t been able to keep anything down since.
