I had two mc chicken sandwiches and a coke at around 6/7pm.
I woke up at 3am with extreme stomach cramps and violent vomiting. I am unable to hold any fluids down. Also, extreme shakes and chills.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
