Coleslaw could likely be the culprit of food poisoning. Because coleslaw is often made with cabbage and mayonnaise, there is the risk of Salmonella, Listeria, and E.coli contamination. All produce should be washed prior to preparation and consumption, and foods containing animal byproducts should be kept below 40 degrees.

Instructed to repair or replace hot water faucet to allow for hot water flow. Person-in-charge repaired dial on-site with hot water flow adequate. Plumber corrected on site. Update 01/23: An update on my medical issue ( Dyspepsia) That the Food Poisoning from Chicken Developed into my Gastrologist Dr Overland Park,KS I have an appointment with him on February 2nd 2024 at 9:30am Medicines I'm currently taking for this issue is ( Amitriptyline) 10mg 1 daily and (Pantoprazole)40mg 1 daily I'm Scheduled for a (Colonoscopy) on February 27th 2024 I'll be in Contact with you again after all these appointments and outcomes of these situations take place

Update 03/19: I went back to see my Gastrologist Dr Adam Tritsch at Research Medical Center in Kansas City Mo 66132 for a follow up that's when he diagnosed me with ( IBS) Irritigial Bowel Syndrome) Which is an intestinal disorder causing sharp cramping pain in the stomach and lining causes gas diarrhea and constipation and He said There's no cure for syndrome only medicine can help ease pain he put me on a diet until April 4th 2024 I have to go see him again at 2:00 pm until then I'm taking medicines Pantoprazole 40mg 1 /Dicyclomine 20mg 3 /Amitriptyline 25mg 1/Align 4mg 2 Prescribed by Primary Physician Melissa Farris  | Symptoms: Gas, Other
